Welcome to Adrian's Landscape Corp. By booking our lawn care and hardscaping services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take the time to read these carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. These terms outline our policies regarding appointments, payments, cancellations, and general service expectations to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your hardscape appointment. Deposit amounts vary based on the size and complexity of the service and will be applied toward the final price of the service.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the scheduled service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Venmo).
Pricing: The cost of hardscape and landscape services is based on the size of the property, specific services requested (e.g., mowing, trimming, fertilizing), and the time required to complete the job. Quotes given before appointments are estimates and may be subject to adjustments, particularly for larger or more complex services.
Rescheduling: Any changes to your scheduled service (date, time, or service specifics) must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to service provider availability, and deposits will transfer to the new date if rescheduled within the allowed time.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment or no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the total service fee.
Multiple cancellations may require prepayment in full for future bookings.
Accurate Information: Clients must provide clear and accurate details regarding the lawn care services required, including the size of the property, areas to be serviced, and any specific requests or concerns prior to the appointment.
Access to Property: Clients are responsible for ensuring that the lawn care provider has access to the property on the scheduled date and time. Any locked gates or obstacles must be addressed prior to the service.
Health and Safety: Clients must inform Adrian's Landscape Corp of any potential hazards (e.g., dangerous plants, uneven ground, or pets) that could affect the safety of the service provider during the lawn care process. Failure to disclose such information releases Adrian's Landscape Corp from liability.
Aftercare: Proper aftercare for lawn care services (e.g., watering, maintenance of newly planted areas) is the client’s responsibility. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided after your service. Neglecting aftercare may affect the quality and health of your lawn.
Professional Tools & Equipment: Adrian's Landscape Corp utilizes professional-grade lawn care equipment, including commercial mowers, trimmers, and eco-friendly fertilizers, to ensure high-quality service. All tools and machinery are regularly maintained and inspected to meet safety and performance standards.
Service Quality: Our team is committed to providing top-tier lawn care services in a professional and efficient manner. While we strive for the best results, factors such as weather conditions, soil quality, and client maintenance can affect the long-term appearance and health of the lawn. Clients are responsible for following any provided aftercare recommendations to maintain optimal results.
Limitation of Liability: Adrian's Landscape Corp takes every precaution to deliver professional and high-quality landscape services. However, we are not responsible for any issues arising from environmental factors, pre-existing lawn conditions, or the client’s failure to follow maintenance recommendations. Clients acknowledge that results may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, soil quality, and watering schedules.
Service Expectations: While we strive for accuracy and customer satisfaction, landscape is influenced by natural and seasonal variables. We do not guarantee specific results, such as immediate grass regrowth or weed elimination, as proper lawn health depends on continued care and maintenance.
Third-Party Liability: Adrian's Landscape Corp is not liable for damages or issues resulting from third-party services, products, or treatments applied to the lawn before or after our service. This includes, but is not limited to, chemical applications, landscaping modifications, or maintenance performed by other providers.
Indemnification: By using our services, the client agrees to release and hold harmless Adrian's Landscape Corp, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to hardscape or landscaping recommendations, or service performance.
Force Majeure: Adrian's Landscape Corp shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government shutdowns, supply chain disruptions, equipment failures, pandemics, or any other events that impact our ability to provide scheduled lawn care services.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
